Why do you need to know? Trust me if you try to use them in a fight, you'll get hurt badly really fast. It's not a magic spot that automically make people foam at mouth and drop into seizure.

How To Inflict Pain

2017-01-11 14:18:12 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

fighting and self defense are not the same thing
Self Defense relates to counters of given situations if the time ever and I say again ever happens.
Self Defense is a system that your ordinary citizen can learn to apply without ever having to give in to the violence BS shaking the world currently. Randori, yes, but Fighting NO
If your intention is to develop maipulation skills than I suggest checking out Chin Na
If It is fighting
I Suggest BJJ or a system based for fighting ( not that that is all they do but it is the focus and progressing )
Choy Lee Fut if you wanna live a very physically fit life and be active in your later years. It is not about the fight against any other enemy we need help on other than ourselves.
Martial Arts should help in this area first.

i know many because i do hi-ten misurugi ryu style, the shoulder in the middle bone put 4.8 points of pressure on it and thier arms will discease,i shouldnt say this,so im only puting it short on the back there is a physical spot that will give someone tacacordia im not saying the spot cuz you may try it and it would be my fault for you killing someone but off that subject the best spot to put pressure on someone is the legs in the middle of the muscle, with a damage ratio of 1.5

There are many books on this subject, as well as web sites. It is WAY beyond the scope of this forum to describe. If all you know is where, you will lose, you also need to learn how to attack these sites. There is no substitute for studying under a good instructor.

I will answer your question ONLY in the interest of self defense . I take no responsibility in your use of these techniques, but I am assuming that your are being attacked or bullied in some manner that you need a self defense crash course.
To say "pressure point" isn't entirely accurate, unless you are speaking about martial arts like Dim Mak which are highly complicated, extremely difficult to learn, and ineffective until higher levels of proficiency are achieved. There are points on the body you can use to inflict great pain but you do so with a variety of actions other than "pressure."
Keep in mind that all the techniques I talk about you must have the sense of mind to understand when they can be used. For instance if I give you an ankle "technique" but you and your opponent are standing, don't try to dive for his feet as you will probably end up with a mouthful of dirt and your opponent merely stepping back to avoid you.

1) The Ears, grab and RIP. It is EXTREMELY painful to grab someones ear in your fist and pull as hard as you can. Be careful however, ears do come off.
2) The Lip, again, grab and RIP. With your thumb and index (pointer) finger pinch your opponents' bottom or upper lip and pull as hard as you can. Try it gently on yourself and you'll see what kind of pain he will be in for.
3) The Neck, right at the back of the jaw, about 2 inches below the ears. "Insert" your index and thumb of both sides of this point and DIG your fingers in. The back of your hand should be under you opponents' chin, you can also wiggle your fingers to get a "grinding" motion that will add extra pain. If you have small hands use your thumb and middle finger. This move is effective when performed for about thirty seconds and then followed by shoving the head back with the same hand. The person will usually fall backwards coughing with watery eyes.
4) The Neck, the small dip at the bottom of your neck called your "jugular notch" is very susceptible to even the slightest pressure. Use your thumb or index and middle fingers together to press on this spot inflicting immediate pain and usually choking your opponent. Notice that I used the word "press" and it wasn't in caps, that's because this spot is extremely sensitive and too much pressure here can crush a person's larynx or even kill them. neither should you press on this spot for an extended period of time. You can also gently do this to yourself and feel how painful it can be.
5) The Shoulder, the little dip or "cup" made by your clavicle bone (the bone sticking out at the top of your chest on both sides of your neck, just under your shoulder) and your trapezius shoulder muscle is a perfect place to insert your thumb and DIG. you can also put your index finger over your opponents' shoulder and then RIP on the muscle.
6) The Chest, your rib cage makes an upside-down "V" in the middle of your chest. PUNCH as hard as you can at the top point of this "V" and you will usually knock the wind out of your opponent, if it doesn't work on the first punch use several. It is easier to find this spot on yourself first, if all else fails though, just punch in the exact middle of the opponents' chest.
7) The Side, on either side of your body, about 6-8 inches below the armpits, are your floating ribs. these are very small, short ribs you can locate on yourself, if you push on them and they go in a bit you have found the right ribs. PUNCH them as hard as you can on your opponent and you will brake them, which could easily knock them unconscious from the pain (unless he/she has a high pain threshold). Braking these ribs doesn't cause any serious damage to the body.
8) The Pelvis or Waist, I call this the buckle kick. KICK your opponent on their belt buckle, or where the belt buckle would be if they were wearing a belt, (about 3 inches below their belly button). This is the location of their bladder, a hard kick will not only cause extreme discomfort but will also make it difficult to hold in one's urine, causing some to pee themselves. This is a unisex move, so women are also hurt by it.
9) The Legs, KICK your opponent in the shins, repeatedly. Few moves are so effective at bringing down even the largest of opponents. About 3 hard kicks to either shin make it difficult to stand.
10) The Groin, Ok so this is a last resort. Because more than likely this will only anger and enrage your (male) opponent more. If you find that you're in way over your head and about to receive the beating of a lifetime, KICK him in the gonads as hard as you can until you hear him cry out in pain and then RUN! This is an escape move ONLY, as recovery from this injury is pretty quick and will result in immediate pain for yourself if you are in the area when he regains his composure.

There is a pretty good list of pain causing techniques. They are not to be used at school, at work, or for fun, but only in the preservation of your personal physical safety (to protect yourself).
