I would approach some established independent photographers and ask (even wedding photographers in your area- you'd be surprised). Start with the yellowpages under "portait photographers" (or photographers-portrait).
Many "oldschool" photographers develop their own film and would probably be MUCH more openminded than WalMart or other "public" photolabs. Also, by getting such images developed by a non-corporate entity, it should be much more "discrete".

Most commercial photo labs will print adult nudes, but they probably won't print anything of a clearly "active sexual" nature.

providing they are in good taste and nothing illegal!! snapfish.com will do it.
or have a digital camera and memory card and buy a photo printer. It works out cheaper in the long run anyhow

Wal-Mart usually, if you have a Woodman's in your area, they develop anything that isn't animal abuse.
