It would help to know how old you are so I could at least see the seriousness. It sounds like you are very young. If you are afraid he may pass you by, make the first move and don't worry about who knows what-when-where first. Of course if you are aged 13-16 you are worrying about this kind of thing way too young

If you are not friends already make friends with him and talk to him more, show him what a great person you are and he is sure to like you, just go with the flow and see what happens, you cant force love, just be nice to him. Good Luck!! xx

This is not love, it is fantasy. I would not recommend doing anything, except talk with your folks, or your pastor if you have one. Talking with a good friend can be ok too, but they may not have the wisdom you need to deal with it. They can be a source of really bad advice, so you have to be careful who you listen to.

Are you going out with him ? if so tell him that u love him. If you think its gonna scare him off - keep it to yourself n just feel it for a while - it's great to b in love - so just feel it for a whil.
If your nt going out with him - DONT tell him - at best will bed u n leav u - cos he'll think yr a nutter,

Well honey if you like him, flirt with him, hang around his friends and kinda drop hints EVERYWHERE that you like him...he'll come around and find out and hey you never know he might ask you out, but be cool about it, don't be like..drooling all over yourself...and don't forget flirt, and have fun!!
