I have a group photograph of about 90 people. How can i write their names in such a way that when you move mouse over each person their name will be displayed.

thats using flash or other programing languages. You either need to learn the code, pay someone to do it, or try and find a program to do it. Most likley you will need to pay someone.

Send it to me and I'll do it for a very reasonable fee(honest guv). Seriously! Bring it into a web authoring package such as dreamweaver and create a 'hotspot' for each with a rollover text containing their name. sounds complicated but actually quite easy.
