Try to find an ESL (English as a second language) class. Many colleges, junior colleges, and adult education centers have such classes. In some areas of the U.S., even grade schools have ESL classes. When my son was in kindergarten, he had three classmates who spoke little English, and they were periodically taken out of regular class for ESL instruction.
