The egg salad is out because of the mayo. The pizza has too much cheese since the crust is stuffed too. I would go with the chicken, but I'd want it grilled and on whole wheat bread..or better yet, in a whole wheat pita with some lettuce, red onion, pepper and a tiny drizzle of dressing. Yum.

You don't say how the chicken patty is cooked, but assuming it is the ready-to-heat grocery store kind it is fried. I saw this samequestion in a recent news story quiz. The chicken patty is high-fat because of the frying. The egg salad is high fat because of the mayonaise. Surprisingly the cheese pizza was considered most healthy.

none of them could possibly be considered "healthy", as white bread is loaded with preservatives and chemicals, as would be the chicken patty. The egg, on its own would be the healthiest. The stuffed pizza is likely to be full of unnatural stuff too.

Egg salad sandwich would be better. (though on wheat bread is much better) The chicken had breading usually and there for has more carbs. The egg is strictly protein and is better for your body than the chicken. unless you use broiled chicken. than they are both good for you. NO Pizza..pizza is bad!

Food is Energy.
If you don't use the "Energy" you put in your body, then your body stores it, as stored "Energy" (AKA FAT)
Good foods, Bad foods (Healthy or Not)... Bah.... I think were way too over worried about whats good and bad. Just be sure you active enough to work off what you stuff down your gizzard!
(Everything has a butt-load of preservatives anyway, and they pump our live stocks with all kinds of Hormones, and who knows what, all our fruits are genetically enhanced. That scares me more than eating "healthy" or not)

if u made the patty-if you bought it it probably is high in fat and not 100%chicken .have it with salad! white bread has no vitamins and is white -not good flour
egg salad ,again if made by you with not too much mayo could be good but not white bread
the pizza:the most fat and empty calories!

I would say some thing that you think is the healtyist is what you think is the healthiest and my opinion is i think the egg salad sandwhich because its salad but i would never eat it because i hate them but i think thats the healthist
