my gf split with me yesterday after 8 weeks. she says she wants to be friends with me because we argue all the time. we work togeather, when i see her at work her work mates spread stuff about us and give me dirty looks which makes me get paranoid and i end up arguing with my gf for stupid reason so its my fault why she split with me. When she split with me yesterday i asked her are we still going to txt and ring each other and she said yes and she wud also meet me once a week. i ring and txt my ex alot which i need to stop but dont know how. she was supposed to meet me today and cancelled cos she said she wasnt feeling too good. so we rearranged to meet friday evening and she swore on her mums life that she sill has feelings for me and likes me and is willing to make things work. what do i do ? how can i get her back ??? i like her to bits what should i do i miss her, i treated her like a princess when i was with her. how can i make her chase me back? outside work we used w be perfect

Sometimes when you work with your mate it is too much time spent together. You need your space, which means you need time to yourself. Hopefully this helps you out.

first thing
u need to learn is to not argue any more
second u need to stop blaming ur self cuz she will pick up on that and manuipulate u i guaranteed that
and third dont stress her dont pressure her just be ur self
u said enough i m sorry now its time to show a different side of u a more mature side of u
dont worry about other people ok
worry about u and her
take it easy
believe one thing is do not feel guilty
i give u an example, i had the most wonderful girl in the word
we broke up and she became the worst person in the world
she knew i felt quilty about everything cuz us too argued alot
she played with my emotion after our break up tellin me yeah i need time i still love u and want to be with u but she never made the effort to try with me she just left me there
i accepted anything she left me like a dog waitin for left over and i ve learn not to tolerate that and i left her alone and havent spoken to her since
its been a year already

Buddy, grow up.
You say you get paranoid, you say you argue with her for stupid reasons and you say it's your own fault.
I agree. Nobody would want to be together with you as long as you behave like an idiot. Who would like this kind of stress?
That girls is much more mature than you are, given her reaction and honesty, and you will have to deserve her. At the moment you simply don't.
Start behaving like a gentlemen and not like a moron, give her space, do be pushy.
You messed it and now you have to wait weather she will come back or not. And accept what ever her decision.
Sorry mate, I know you don't like to hear this, but someone needs to tell you the truth.

work relationships rarely work unless one of you leaves v.quickly. Also 8 weeks isnt exactly 'love of your life' relationship, so I think you should just go out friday and have a great time and meet some new people. Also stop texting your ex, she is your ex for a reason!!

Perhaps the main reason you argue is because of you both working together, one of you could get a new job and then they would be better for you both to have some space. I mean if you work together and then go out together, it's going to cause problems.

Hmm...Not Sure but perhaps you were a bit pushy with her, leave her alone for a while, it might be hard but she more than likely needs some time to think, let her make an effort with you first, if she doesnt contact you then she isnt interested...You sound like a great guy. Good Luck!!

you can try to get her attention calmly and take her to dinning a really talk with and listen and not just hear women like men to be sincere about there feeling not tell us some bss women courier a independents now and yelling and control you will lose if you share things of interest and really understand her view and vice verse this should work out
