God is the Creator and the Creation. He,She or It is everywhere in and above the nature. The original meaning of Monotheism comes from the hebrew Bible and are the 4 letters JHWH wich means in hebrew past, present, future. I AM THAT I AM" (Ex. 3,14)

If you are saved, God is with you all the time .
You have his spirit in you . Most people now adays arent filled with God spirit , It takes time to be spiritual . Most of Christians are carnal . I mean in Paul told the people in the Bible that they were yet carnal , look at the generation we live in .

There is old country/western song that explains this quite well.

I can't remember the exact words though. But it is something like this story: A man died and went to heaven, and upon meeting God told him of this dream that he had many times. That dream was about him walking on the beach and each of his footprints were a year of his life and usually the footprints of God walked with him. But during some of the worse times of his life God's footprints were not there. He asked God about this and how it was that God could abandon him when he was most needed.

And, God, responded, "those times are when I carried you."

EXCELLENT QUESTION!!

Yes, God is always with us. He is always present to us, but most times we are not present for Him. When we open our hearts and souls to God's grace, He sends us His Holy Spirit to fill our heart.

If you are following Jesus commands and knocking on doors to teach people about his father as he showed us , you will be filled with his happiness and you will know.
If you choose not to be taught, and do not participate, you can not know his peace or feel his love.

I hope not. I don't like the idea of God watching me get dressed in the morning or using the bathroom.
