I heard the law is goingto change and you have to be 21 to call your husband over to England...is it true and when is it gona change,i havnt applied yet but i am gona soon, so am i ok to apply...?

I am not aware of any proposed changes, however given that a spouse will require a visa to enter the UK (unless they are an EU citizen) I would suggest that your husband directs all of his questions and issues to his local British Embassy/High Commission/Consulate.

If you mean by phone, don't know what you're talking about, but if you mean call another foreigner to this country, then don't bother.
