Love how a photo booth helps you to pose first and then take the pic?

Question to photographers: Is there a way to have a headshot but you get to see a reflection of your pose first, like how you can in a 'photo booth'?

You could try setting up a camera on a tripod with a mirror directly above it.

Then you could position yourself in front of the camera so you could see your reflection, and take a self-portrait using the auto-timer.
