Just tell her, straight to her face, that you like her the worst that can happen is she takes it as a common misconception and says "Mhmm i like you too" and then you have to give the more specific and concise answer of "No I mean I REALLY like you".
Dont like that plan that go ahead and talk to some her friends she what she tells them or maybe you share a common friend in which you can then have them be the "informer" as they say. If you find out she likes you jump at the chance to ask her out dont wait. If she doesnt i offer my condolences and good luck because im sure you'll find someone.

Try by getting her perspective on girl girl relationships first. If she's a bt weary build up your friendship first. Anyone can fall in love with anyone regardless of sex. It would be a shame to ruin the connection you have by being hasty. Slowly slowly catchy monkey!

well if u know her ask her to go hang out or sumthing and point out a cute guy. ask her if she likes him and from there slowly bring up subject about her liking girls if she likes girls then u ask her out if not...do as u please
