You actually have several options.
1. Lose a bridesmaid. (I don't reccomend this one, as there will be feelings hurt, and you want your day to go as smoothly and happily as possible.)
2. Add a groomsman. (Good option, as you can choose someone you didn't really consider before and end up with a person who really appreciates the honor, and could turn out to be a great friend in the future because of it.)
3. Have the best man / last groomsman walk with two ladies. (Good option, as the highlight of being a groomsman is walking with a gorgeous lady, and two ladies just makes it better! ;-P)
4. Have the groomsmen stay up front with the groom and the ladies walk in single file or in pairs, then have the best man / last groomsman double up going out.
5. Pair everyone up except for the last bridesmaid or maid of honor (your choice) and have that single bridesmaid walk up directly in front of the flowergirl and ringbearer, kind of leading them.
6. Have one of the bridesmaids or the maid of honor stay behind and carry your train as you walk up the aisle.
7. Make up your own choreography for the guys and gals to walk to the front separately (maid of honor walks up middle aisle, while best man enters from left aisle, then next bridesmaid comes in from right aisle, etc.) and do the same for walking out, so that no one really notices the difference in numbers except at the altar, which really doesn't matter.
You do what feels best to you and makes your special day the most wonderful and memorable it can be!!! My prayers are with you for a blessed ceremony and marriage!

Of course you can have an uneven wedding party! Anyone who says otherwise is just plain wrong. You can either have all the girls and guys walk separately, or have them walk in pairs, with the last groomsman already standing with the groom, or he can just walk alone at the end of the processional. Hypothetically, two groomsman could walk one girl, but the aisle would have to be wide enough. The groomsman could also be the one who escorts your mom down the aisle, then immediately stand with the groom at the altar. During the recessional, he could again escort your mom (or grandma or whoever). Hope this helps!

SOme people are so rude. You can do whatever you like - it's your wedding! My suggestion would be to have the groomsman up front with the groom right away. Then the bridesmaids can walk individually or in pairs down the aisle. THere is no reason they need to be "coupled" up.

There are a few ways it can go...
Have the guys up front with the groom.
Hve them walk in alternately...bridesmaid, groomsman, bridesmaid, groomsman, etc.
Have the ladies walk in first, with the guys following.
No matter what you decide, it will be right...it is your wedding and no one will know if it doesn't go PERFECT as all weddings have their own special touches.
My best advice is relax and have fun! The main part is that you are marrying the man you love.

Easy, Have the last bridesmaid walk down by herself. Or have groomsman number 5 escort the last 2 ladies to the front. Or, have the groomsmen standing at the front with your future husband, and have the girls walk up in twos. At the end, if everyone follows you out, have the last groomsman escort both ladies out.

My fiance's cousin had about 6 groomsmen and only three bridesmaids, including the MOH. All of them just walked down alone, walked back with guys together. For the bridal party dance at the reception, each guy (that wasn't matched with a bridesmaid) was told in advance who he was going to dance with...all the older people in the bride's life that were important to her....grandmother and aunts and stuff.

depends is there a miniature groom but no miniature bride? if so then the last bridesmaid may walk down the aisle with the mini-groom or the best man may escort 2 ladies. Hope that helps

IS one of your 6 bridesmaids your maid of honor? If so, have her walk down the aisle by herself right before you enter.

it doesnt have to be even. my wedding party isnt even, there are more guys than girls. have the girls walk down the aisle at the beginning alone. after the ceremony, the last guy walks up the aisle with a girl on each arm. its your wedding, have as many people as you'd like

You could do it, but it would look silly. I suggest finding another groomsman. Do you or the fiance have a cousin maybe?
Good luck
