Homosexuality is a perversion of a beautiful gift God has given us.
The sexual relationship between a married couple is blessed and can bring life in to the world. We participate and cooperate in the creation with God. The married relationship mirrors the relationship God has with his church. It is giving of yourself to another, it is the process for bringing more souls into this world and bringing them to God.
Homosexuality perverts this relationship. It is especially offensive because it is directly telling God we will not particpate in creation with him.
I do think that people can change, but they have to want to. I think it's no different then any other sexual perversion or addiction. It can be changed, but it takes work and self-sacrifice.

homosexuality is sin because it is not nature of HUMAN. sometime homosexuals say some animals are homos. so human can too. but we are HUMAN not animals. so if god give you an abilitiy to climb to everest but you just dont move your ... out of your home how it looks like. same you should be human and know your nature very well and live that for the system to work perfect. so you can prove you are capable of living in heaven( the perfect place and community)
the only thing you should accept is this is a hormonal disease and get cure. why is it so difficult ? your testesterone or ostrogen is less or more. it would happen to me too. it is just a disease. dont harm yourself by fooling your self. it will be never possible for community to accept you. and it will hurt your soul so much. why dont you go to dr. just try once.Did you ever TRY once. it is like quiting smoking. when a person comes and says "quit smoking "it comes to person like a curse. same way when someone says "homosexuality is bad" you people get mad. but when you get cured you will see the differences. WHY DONT YOU?

The Bible says that homosexuality is an abomination to God. However, before anyone says that I hate them, I don't. I feel that churches should be a place of healing for anyone, including homosexuality. We should not "ostracize" them , if they are wanting to be pure. During their recovery we need to encourage them. No matter the sin, a church should be a hospital where people can be healed. However, that does not mean we are to say it is ok for those people, or anyone, no matter what it is to continue in their sin. Jesus said that to the woman who was going to be stoned by the Pharisees for being an adulterer. Jesus said to her- "your accusers are no longer here, but go and sin no more.

You're very right. All sins are equal in the eyes of God, so I don't know why all the liars and adulterer's are not getting the same treatment. It is a human mindset to think that we can pick and choose which sins to ignore and which focus on. I don't think homosexuals should be treated as they are worse than any other person because we all have sinned, and cannot judge because we are not any better.

what's there to communicate? The Bible -- the two the previous and new testomony -- is amply sparkling on the project... homosexuality is an abomination, and working in the direction of homosexuals could desire to be kill to avert ethical corruption. "God Hates Fags" -- there are not any room for interpretations! As a Christian you're able to be able to desire to anticipate that the Bible is the be attentive to God, that this is honest and unchanging. That God does not substitute His suggestions, and that He be attentive to each little thing, the two destiny and previous. So if the Bible says homosexuality is a huge sin and homosexuals could desire to be killed, then this could desire to be taken as God's words. of direction, we are in a position to rationalize that the international has replaced and we produce different values at present than whilst the Bible replaced into written... or that the Jews had motives to renounce homosexuality some time past whilst (like the will for many babies to construct a military to take Israel from this is unique vendors)... yet then you certainly in addition to mght admit that the Bible is written by potential of people (not God), and could be incorrect -- or a minimum of my not be unchanging. yet whilst the Bible do not carry actually the fact, then you certainly've rather lots torn down the start of Christianity! No, as a Christian, whilst there are discrepancies between the Bible and at present's society; then you certainly could desire to anticipate this is the society it extremely is erroneous! If the openness in at present's society helps homosexuality, then it could desire to be society it extremely is erroneous. on the grounds which you're able to be able to desire to have faith the Bible is written by potential of God, and therefor could desire to *continuously* be impressive!

The Word of God is what convicts a person of their sin, regardless of what it may be! These "programs" you speak of may be well intentioned, but abused. The church cannot MAKE a person convert from homosexuality, but CAN lead them in study and prayer in an effort to help them see the error of their lifestlye if they TRULY want to change. This is what makes free will such an important component in understanding and LOVING God.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Yes homosexuality is a sin, you can turn from it-eventually,it does take a while. Some of us may put pressure on it because we know it takes a while-why not start now?
Besides, it's really disgusting.

ok....first and foremost, all sins are equal...there are no sins that are "less serious"...and i think why Christian churches treat it so is because...well i dont know really. maybe it's because they're just dramatic? or something....but i apologize if you or someone you know has been turned away from a Christian church. i want you to know that we're not allll like that. i swear. God loves gays, and so should we. i'm sorry if someone has been treated unfairly for not only homosexuality, but for any other reason, such as social status, race, or whatever. God loves everyone.

They have to take the position that homosexuality is just sinful behavor of otherwise "normal" people because if homosexuality is "natural" to some people and they were born that way it means God created them that way and they cannot accept that God would do that.
