Blasphemy against the Spirit
- Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven (Matthew 12:31)
Is the sin of attributing to Satan
- But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, "This man drives out demons only by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons." (Matthew 12:24)
What is the work of the Spirit of God
- But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. (Matthew 12:28)
We do not know why Jesus said this sin is unforgivable.
With love in Christ.

It's harder to commit this than you think. Before you can truly 'blaspheme' or deny the Holy Ghost you must have a perfect knowledge. Think about this, If Moses--after being the prophet of God--blasphemed the Holy Ghost he then would be en route to receive the punishment of the unpardonable. Moses then would not want to accept the atonement and would have to hate God so completely he would be just like Satan.

Each act of murder is a separation from the Holy Ghost. The act of eventual abandonment from the conscience of the guilt of murderering would constitute the last hope for the individual to come to the Lord.
The Holy Spirit is in the business of personally convicting the murderer. The Holy Spirit creates personal guilt for each trangression a person commits against the Ten Commandments. The Holy Spirit represents the last house on the block before ones soul perishes in eternity.
Those serial murderers who turned themselves in or stopped their murderous rampages would represent a personal conviction by the HOLY SPIRIT, that is their conscience dead from evil work had been revived and returned to that state of grace.
The act of murder however carries with it the curse of the law, and does not pardon the person from having to pay for the consequences in his mortal body.
Most serial murderers are possessed with demoniacs, and often don't know why they are doing what they are doing. Some grow up thinking murder is okay. We are witnessing this hell spawn behaviour in IRAQ. Children grow up thinking murder is the norm. Can they be pardoned for doing what they see and are taught?
The work of the HOLY SPIRIT on the conscience of a person is to revive it back into a state of obediance to God's TEN COMMANDMENTS, and return one to the blood of the Lamb for forgiveness and cleansing of ones sins.
Thou shalt not kill.

The reason is that through blasphemy, one completly DENIES Jesus' life and sacrifice, therefore rendering it of no effect. It's an individual way of spiritually "spitting in His face", thereby making it impossible for God to reach the heart. Serial murderers and etc. actually have a chance, for their crimes are against man and God, and don't necessarily involve the denial of the power of Christ's sacrifice; they merely imply a physical, mental, or spiritual sickness for which that person truly needs forgiveness and help.

Holy Spirit, not Ghost.
There is a specific time that this unpardonable sin can occur, not generally on any day of the week;
When Antichrist comes pretending to be Christ, and basically the whole world is deceived, thinking he is actually the true Christ, there will be a group (called in scripture "Gods Election") who will be delivered up before this fake, and they will witness against him. They are told not to premeditate what they will say, because it will not be them but the Holy Spirit who will speak through them. If at that time, you are delivered up before antichrist, and you refuse to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you, then you have just committed the unpardonable sin, and there is absolutely no possiblility of forgiveness for it.
Obviously, because it will be the mother of all
betrayals.

Murder can be repented???
Bwahahha
Nothing can be more wrong.
Who are you gonna repent from the rights of the man you bare on your shoulders after you kill him?
Would God erase those rights, that dont belong to either you or God? No way...the man you murdered would have to forgive you first. And since thats not gonna happen before you go to the other side...you can sit and repent ALL you want babe. ^^
Good luck trying to convince the man you didnt kill him on purpose at the other side.

Because the holy Spirit is the source of the grace of repentence. When we sin, the Holy Spirit attempts to draw us back toward God and toward repentence, for any sin that is sincerely repented can be forgiven. However, blaspheming the Holy Spirit, essentially casting Him out of your life, separates you from the grace of repentence, thereby cutting you off from forgiveness not only of that sin itself, but also forgiveness of any other sin in your life.

Because one of the pillars of Christianity is, indeed, Serial Murder.
Think Inquisition, Crusades, Salem.

The unpardonable sin is to reject the only way for forgiveness. That's the end. All other sins can be forgiven. People who commit these types of crimes, such as Hitler, Saddam, they, to my knowledge have never even considered turning to God. God actually can harden their hearts, so they don't turn to Him. It is not that God places a "spell" on them, it is just that they are so evil that the very thought of God turns them more against Him. People who truly go to God for forgiveness have had a change of heart and mind set, they don't want evil in their lives. God will judge all men fairly, by their hearts not their lip service to Him.
