Alot of people do ACT, its called "putting on a face", and we all do it, whether out of fear or out of habit, we (most of us) do it. The best you can hope for in life is to have a few very good friends, and the best way to test this is to have an episode (money, illness) and SEE what happens! Even if you have to fake it, try it. You will be surprised at the results, and you will know for sure who IS and who IS NOT truly there for you in times of trouble, and this is, as they say, TRUE friendship!

My guess is that you are young. And that is okay. Friendships are a funny thing. You never really know what is going on with the other person. The true friends will be there all the time. The others are a waste of time. Dont forget you are not alone in this big world even though it seems like you are at times. You always have family. It sounds corney but friends come and go, your family is always there. If people do not respect you and like you for who you are it is their loss, not yours. You deserve the best in all aspects of life. I hope this helps. Good luck and good health to you.

That somewhat can be related to age. If you are a teenager depression & feeling lonely or isolated can just be a part of the natural growing up process. If it is affecting your ability to sleep, eat, or go to school or work, you might want to get a proffesional opinion. Are you comfortable talking to your school councelor? He or she can point you in the right direction and they are not allowed to discuss your situation with other people (students and teachers). If they feel there is something serious at the root of your problems, she may feel obligated to talk with your parents or guardians. Look for support groups on line in your area, and if these feeling consisitantly continue for more than 2 or 3 weeks you should think seriously about seeking guidance from a health care professional, or even just your regular doctor. Do not give up hope. There is help for us out there, you just need to seek it out!

I get like that sometimes to, I get depressed and I Just feel like the whole world is caving, in. Try listening to some music, or if you're religious talk to God, or just cry. That usually helps me!. But just understand that everything is going to be okay! I promise!.

There might be something that you cannot accept in your life. It can become a problem and even bring you to depression. Try to recognize what is it that you cannot accept in your life. Whatever it is, try to handle it positively. Surely there are friends out there to talk with if you reach out to them. Call the 'Befriends Society' in your place.

Acting? May be imagination or u may not close to anyone..Better you write down your friends name.,and what way your expressions are reciprocating to them.See Friendship is entirely different from other relations, since you are making very intimacy to anyone. I am not going to criticising or analysing your metal thought.because it may be varied from person to person. One thing ,friends are always welcoming our more views and friendly advise rather than finding lot of faults.

if your feeling is the result of a bad happening, that might be normal, but only for a short time. if it takes more than a month, and still have it, it might be a sign of an abnormal low mood, or depression. you didn't say for how long you have had this feeling.

SWEETIE you do have a friend. and he will never let you down .he loved you so much, that he let people beat him and hang him on the cross, He was buried and three days later he rose from the dead . His name is Jesus, all you have to do is turn to him and asked him to come into your heart , that is if you really believe he died for you and rose from the dead , for more information go to the bible and read it , may God bless you and keep you safe . hang in there, be strong. and I will be praying for you.
