I fail to see why this is here but I will still answer.

Dont do anything about it. Try another one and if more then 2-3 are uncooked then complain. But if its only one then its just a simple mistake. Dont listen to the other people about sueing them or making a big deal out of it. Mistakes can be made and are made.
