If you think he has then he is probably to type to have done it. If he wasn't inclined towards cheating then it would never have crossed your mind. As for the text, I would ignore it and ask how you got to see it in the first place and whether it wasn't an attempt by the friend to wind you up. If you know he hasn't and wouldn't ever then, I am sorry, but you wouldn't have asked this question.

Sorry to hear this. The only thing I can suggest is, why not talk to the one who sent the text message? Of course your boyfriend is going to deny all of this....he hasn't been caught (if he did cheat) and so, he's not about to tell you the truth.
Hopefully his friend will have enough decorum to be honest with you.

Don't stay with this guy if he can't even fess up to his unfaithfulness. He won't respect you if you keep him around. I would dump him and show him you don't like that. See what happens a week later, he probably will call you, if he shows actions of regret after sometime then he may be worthy of taking him back (but that's up to you). I couldn't have a relationship with someone who cheated on me as I'd always fear they'll do it again.

If you think he has or suspects he has, that tells me it's time to turn him loose and move on. It honestly isn't worth trying to fix a relationship with someone you feel has cheated or can't trust that person. You will always worry and wonder and be unhappy,especially if you can't prove anything. No one wants to live like that=) I would move on. I personally won't compete for someone else's attention in a relationship; either you like me or you don't =) Good luck and keep me posted!

Here's one for you, why dont you try to catch him out.
Is he on any profile sites? if so find a girl you can trust who he doesnt know to send him messages online. Then she can lead him on and find out what he is really like behinde your back.
Just make sure she isnt to in his face or he will work it all out.
But this will only work if 1. she is NOT to full on and 2. if you havnt fronted him out too much about it.
Make out you belive he didnt do it then give it a week and get sneaky.

I would have some serious words with your boyfriend! Try and get your boyfriend and "the friend" together in the same room then ask them both straight up what is going on. Chances are one of them will slip up!! Trust your instincts hun and take no crap!!

Depends on what you want the outcome to be? If he admits cheating, will you forgive him or not.....????
Perhaps you should call his bluff and say that your 'source' has confirmed his infidelity - watch his response and take it from there. Issue an ultimatum but never play him at his game, two wrongs don't make a right!

You should trust until proven guilty..What type of guy is he?? Does he look like the type that would cheat on you?? How does he treat you?? Is he attentive?? Badboy or niceguy?? Gotta look at all the clues...and don't worry if he did cheat on you...you will find out sooner or later...

Could his friend be trying to wind you up? If he is he is doing a good job!
Speak to your boyfriend. Try and get some straight answers from him.
At the end of the day it boils down to whether you believe him or not.
