If it is meant to be, the relationship will work out long distance, but the question is, do you really care about this girl? If you do, you will try to make things work, but realistically, long distance relationships take a lot more work than regular ones, so I would seriously think about how much your life is about to change. I would definitely sit down with her and tell her what's going on and see how she feels about you, and then you will have a better understanding of where you two as a couple stand. Good luck!

well first tell her the situation and ask her what she wants to do maybe yall should stay together or at least be close friends till you leave because there could be the chance that you dont leave but if you like her a lot then yall can talk back and forth but i do understand the attatchment just dont rush anything bc u r leaving just hang out and hav fun together while you can

You need to go ahead and tell her. Then you both can come to an agreement as to where the relationship will go. She may not want to break up just yet.

you dont need to break-up with her if you dont like to,there are so many ways to communicate with her nowadays so its should not be hard for both of you to talk to each other if both of you need to,besides some times long distance relationship has lots of thrills than a relationship that too close sometimes
