From looking at your 360, I feel as if you are somewhat "in your face" with your agnostic beliefs. It's quite possible that your radical feelings about religion are contributing to an uncomfortable condition in the workplace. While she cannot simply fire you for not being a Christian, she is perfectly within her rights to fire you for being antagonistic about your beliefs. I am afraid that you have made your own bed, and you are going to have to either change your attitude or find different employment. BTW, if she knew of your 360 and what it says, she could present that at a hearing to bolster her decision to sack you. The information would help her case, not yours.

She's a moron not worth working for.
Work has nothing to do with religion. If she were smart, she would try to live in the real world where people believe all sorts of different things and it will really hurt her business if she tries to hire only like-minded people.
Businesses thrive on hard work, not on beliefs.
(In case you're thinking of a law suit, just remember that Christians, Atheists and Agnostics are not among the privileged protected classes, and you have no case, since it's her opinion against yours.)

Its illegal to discriminate a employee due to religious beliefs. Religion should never be discussed in a work enviroment. You as a agnostic should know better then anyone who strictly follows a religion because you know there is a wonderful God and its okay to believe in him the way we want but when it comes to a religious person following strict beliefs just leave it alone. Let it be and let it go.

Depending upon the state you reside in, that could be illegal. The difficulty would be proving that's why you were canned - but if you really believe that's why, go to your local legal aid office and see about pressing charges. And tell your story to a number of newspapers, too - the embarrassment may well prevent her from shafting others the same way.

You do not say what is the difference of opinion. Because she is a Christian and you are not, I believe there is more to this than that fact. You obviously have been working there for a time, so she is not letting you go because her faith. I suspect you have done something not complimentary to your work ethic.

Start legal proceedings for religious harassment immediately against the company. This is likely going to protect your job, damage her career, and win a large bonus( offer) if you drop the suit and?or leave.
Definitely encourage co-workers to sue management. Judges seeing suites filed for abuses against companies judge on the basis of how often a company is in court. One law suit usually goes in the companies favour. after five filings they start to look like abusers. Lawsuits also damage a companies public relations if they get into the news, especially if they have a record of civil rights abuse cases.
Yep, considering legal bills and all the other effects the company would likel;y settle quite generously just to make their problem, you and her, leave.

Look up the employment laws of your state. If she sacks you and you find it's unlawful, sue her. But before you do that, talk to her, and help her to see that she really shouldn't do that or take your being an agnostic so personally.

She can't fire you for a difference in religious opinion. Legally she can't even really ask you what your religion is. Its really none of her business. So what if you have a difference of opinion. She CAN'T fire you unless you are skipping work or doing drugs in the office or stealing. If she does fire you for difference in religious opinion, get proof that this is why she fired you, take this info to the authorities.

You cannot be fired for you religious beliefs. That is what America is all about. Whether you believe or not is your own business. I would however not discuss religion with her. Just say, you believe the way you want to and I will also.

There's not enough information to answer your question. Are your differences of opinion related to religion, or business issues? Do you work for a secular organization or a religious one?
