when you die, get along with others, and accept the fact that there is nothing wrong with a person worshiping God in the manner they choose whether being religious, spiritual, or even neither but just living. What is the point of living if you have to live everyday worrying about death and why not allow you imagination to roam free without fear of being prosecuted by your religion. Why not just be you.

That all sounds very well and good on the surface. I used to think the same way. However...think about it this way: It doesn't matter how devoutly you believe something, it does not make it true. Lets say that I believe with all my heart that if i jump off my roof then I will fly. I can believe it all I want, be very sincere, but there is no way that I am going to pull a superman. Reality is, there's gravity. You can believe all you want that it doesn't matter what you believe, but that doesn't mean that its true.

While your question & self-answer "seems" right, we really need to answer to our Creator not to ourselves. Here is what God has to say on the matter ...

Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death."

Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

As a Christian, I have been set free from sin and now do not fear death. I realize that we are just on a journey on earth and my real home is in Heaven with my Creator. ...and I can tell you -- my journey has been great! I live in a free country, have a great wife and kids, good friends, good job, home & more than enough food and water. The only people that I know that are "worrying about death" are non-Christians and non-faithful Christians.

Think about it -- figure it out.
