I have connected a projector to my pc, the projector has integrated speakers and a extra subwoffer, when i watch a movie from my hardrive the pic is awsome but the sound is not high enough on the projectors speakers having them connected to my pc's original sound card, i am wondering if a better sound card improves sound volume, thank you!

You need a small home theater setup.
No sound card will compensate for those tiny integrated speakers.

You don't have to spend a whole lot but, consider an all-in-one package (receiver + speakers). Of course you can certainly spend more and get better quality. Let your ears and wallet guide you.

sound card will not solve that problem - chances are the speakers in that projector are just not powerful enough - try using a higher quality PC speaker system you might suprised at how much sound you can get or when your ready hookup to your stereo

Better sound card will not fix your problem. If you want to stay with the "pc" route, get 5.1 pc speakers.

you have already have been given a sound card fixed that's what your technique is linked to by way of the three.5 jack. No sound card no sound. the 1st-fee of sound isn't better by technique of using putting in a extra physically powerful sound card . that's the amplifier which you purchased it linked to that makes the exchange.
