Which medicine can be suggested for tonsilitis?

In the presence of patient microcytic hypochromic anaemia and bilirubin is more than normal?

the anaemia and bilirubin level would not stop treatment with an antibiotic which would be the normal treatment for tonsilitis. eg penicillin if not allergic.
