Whast would happen if I kissed someone without knowing I had a coldsore? What will happen?

They would probably be just fine. Unless they don't want the kiss then there would be a weird awkward moment.

You could pass it on and they will start getting cold sores. Ofcourse, if they already get them anyways, then no big deal.
