Price: 10 -- I don't like feeling like I got ripped off.

Courtesy: 6 -- They don't have to be nice, even the silent types are fine. Just as long as I don't get into an accident. I don't even care if they swear at other drivers (as long as it isn't every 2 seconds).

Reliable Service: 6 -- If they show up when they're supposed to, it's a 6.

Other -- 10 -- that they know how to drive, and drive properly. I get very carsick when taxi drivers drive like racecar drivers, do the stop-and-go too often, and swerve in and out of traffic. I always tend to take the limo taxis more often, because the ride is smoother and the driver is experienced.

Oh, and if the taxi is clean too. Not spotless, but nothing with any bodily fluids, or smelly dirt/garbage of any kind inside the car.

Price,Courtesy, Reliability, Safety.Knowledge of localities and sight seeing destinations.
SAFETY. of the Driver and the vehicle would be Paramount because if they weren't , then It wouldn't matter about any of the others above because , we may never reach my Destination and that's the reason for using a Taxi Service in the first place. 10.
RELIABLE SERVICE.
This is very important to know when you book a Taxi that it's going to be arriving close to the time booked. Because this could impact on any reason I would go by taxi. Ie Job Interview, Appointment, Airplane Departure. All of them could be disrupted if Service is Either of the Above. Also Life Altering in extreme circumstances.10.
PRICE. This is important in determining how often I used this mode of Transport and my traveling times etc. Plus the amount of money I have for other things. 10.
COURTESY. This is very nice and much appreciated if forthcoming but it's not essential. 7
KNOWLEDGE of the local area. Very important if I'm unfamiliar of how to get to my destination or am a Tourist looking for some good places to visit. Or Accommodation etc. 7.
That's It. Ciao.

Reliability 10 out of 10
Service 0 out of 10 (couldn't care less whether the driver was a miserable git or not, so long as I get to where I wanna go)
Price 8 out of 10 (there's usually not much difference between local taxi fares - it's only when you jump into a black cab that you expect to pay a little over the odds)

I'd actually put safety at the top of the list - I only use a couple of taxi firms, as there's so many stories around about dodgy taxi companies etc around, that it's very important even when drunk :o)
Reliability would be 9
Price, especially after midnight would be 8
Courtesy would be 7

Courtesy 10
Reliable service 10
Price 7

Not overly bothered about price as long as it's within guidelines.

definately a reliable service, if it came down to two taxi services and one was a bit cheaper but you are left eating you supper on the steps of a nightclub freezing your bits off for ages then i would definately opt for the more expensive taxi service

Prices seem much of a muchness within a few bob,so I look at reliablity, when they say it's on it's way,I like it to be actually on it's way.Their tip depends on how courteous they are, so it's up to them: So,Punctuality/reliability,then politeness, price last
