You can have the dresses in purple, the girl flowers in white with purple ribbon, your flowers can have mostly white but have a few purple ones so it wont be costing you much. Have silver to accent the purple such as the girls wear purple dresses with a silver ribbon around there waists, Have silver and purple ribbon wrapped around your flowers. Have each table a different shade of purple, with silver tea lights and purple and white jelly beans on each table in glasses, centre peices you can have fake/silk purple and whitle flowers, or have tea lights floating in a large fish bowl like vase with fish.
I think Purple, white and silver make a great look for summer.
Congrats!!

I think purple is a good color to have for september you want to have jewel tones that time of year. Purple flowers dont have to be expensive talk to a few florists and look up pictures of arrangements on the net. I used purple tulips and orange tiger lilies and a few other flowers and the combination was gorgeous. i did not use roses as not only are they expensive they die pretty quickly. You may speak to your florist about purple carnations which are a lovely flower and they last longer than roses.

You can still use purple! The flowers don't have to be purple but what if you had for example your bouquet had a purple ribbon wrapped around it? Also how much research did you actually do on the cost of purple flowers? You might find somewhere where you can get purple flowers at a good cost. Why dont you do purple, red, and gold for your wedding?

If you are concerned with the floral costs, talk with your florist and find out what flowers are the most cost effective in September, and what colors are available, that way you will have the information to make an educated decision.

Rust and hunter green. BEAUTIFUL!! Nothing beats fall colors. If you're unsure, go with Earth tones. Rich browns, dark greens, reds and golds. You can't go wrong with earth shades.
