Actually, I think the main requirement to be considered a "regular" here is to be an atheist who attempts to use "humor" and public self-worship to mask his/her own self-loathing. Additionaly, the "regular" should adhere to an obsessive agenda of bashing and ridiculing a specific group of people.

Yeah...doesn't make much sense to me either, but there it is.
