If its straight hair do the Farrah Fawcett flip thing, just take a big fat curling iron and curl it away from your face. If you have hair that can hold texture than put it in rag rollers or sponge rollers for a few hours while its damp, after it dries pull it out and tease the heck out of it. You will look kind of crazy but its great to have big hair for the 70's.

Wear an Indian Headband. I was a child of the 60s and 70s. Bands were in.

An afro or jewfro, but you may have trouble getting rid of it when you want to stop reliving the 70s. If the picture is of you, you are already half-way to a jewfro.

since you have shorter hair you could opt for a wig. pin straight....or an afro.
don't have the $$$? try just tying a thin leather strip and your forhead and tye it in the back.
