Forget about weight. Come to Bursa and let's go to Arap Şükrü. Arap Şükrü is an old Jewish and lovely street and there are lot's of great Turkish Restaurants in there. But before go there we can go to Çiçek pasajı to drink Efes Pilsen together : ) You are a Turkish lover and i think you miss to drink Efes Pilsen. After drink we can go Arap Şükrü back.

We can eat a great fish (çupra filan ne istersen uyar amcaoğlu) and drink rakı. When we get drunk we can go to drink işkembe soup(şöyle bol taneli filan)

Ow also son't forget to eat İskender Kebab together at Heykel. You will like it buddy. And if you stay at weekend we can go to a football macth in Bursa. You have to see out city's team Bursaspor : )

Your welcome and you can stay at my house to see Turkish hospitaly : )))

O-o-o Merlinnnn. Arap Sukru is great. That's the only place I get drunk.
Let's come to the subject. Efes Pisen is not not that bad but raki has a very high calori. Better to stay away from it. Regarding Adana Kebap yes you can eat but only the meat and salad part, pide is forbidden. Kadayif only when you loose 10 kg as a gift. Hmm, it doesn't sound too bad.
But my honest opinion is that you are not 140 Kg

I have no idea what type of food those are but one thing is for sure. You will remain fat if your intake is greater than your output. In terms fat lazy people can understand.......if you eat more calories than you burn off every day you will gain weight. My advice, get some excercise, eat smaller meals with more protein than carbs and eat them more frequently. This will force your body to speed up your metabolizm and store less fat.

Get to love chicken breasts and broccoli.

you are really fat. of course ou shouldnt eat kebap kadayıf.. but maybe once a month you can eat it. youd better join a sports club and eat salad all the time :))

You can't eat and drink them. If you like kebab, only vegetable kebab. and for drinks, only drink ayran and water.
