OK all you Bible thumpers who think man is completely controlled by a guy out in space, need to get one thing clear. The science of how the earths atmosphere and how it works and how it is effected by greenhouse gases has never been in dispute. We understand that when we place more gases in our atmosphere we are altering it; With that said if it too is found (by more than one scientist's hypothesis) that the sun is also contributing to a warming of the earth we all had better start freak-in out. Cause if the earth is warming because of the sun and man is spewing carbon from 400 million years ago into the atmosphere that just means big trouble to come.

Global Warming is NOT a farce, if you watch the video by Al Gore (yes..) you will understand what is REALLy going on. The world is dramtically changing, and it is getting worse each year. There is lots and lots of proof. The polar ice caps are melting for geez sakes, and if the shift of sea patterns change anymore, Great Britain will be experiencing an ice age in years time.
What is happening is that the ozone layer is being damage, in some places thickening, and is some areas becoming so thin as to make a hole. I don't have a clue what this is in relation to the mars thing. I don't see how this could effect Mars.
