The best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat sensibly. 30 minutes a day at least. 3 healthy meals a day. There are a lot of diet pills in health shops which either increase your metabolism or help you with your appetite. But they have to be used as a part of a eating and exercise regime. The pills won't make you lose weight just like that.

Yes, it's called diet and exercise and it's GUARANTEED to work.
Every minute or so someone on here wants to know the secret pill-cure for weight loss and there ISN'T one. Even the prescription weight-loss pills only give you 1-2 lbs. more a month in weight loss than if you had just dieted and exercised alone. If you don't have the determination and will power to lose weight, nothing else is going to make it magically come off.

We are what we make ourselves to be.
If there is no underlying medical reason you can't loose weight then it is up to you. Adictions of all kinds are hard to stop and it does take determination and a very strong desire to do so.
I know very well. I was a smoker and stoped cold turkey one day and never had a smoke after that. Many times I tried but not really. This last time I knew I had to and there was no other way but to just stop and that i did and have had no problems wanting to smoke.
You can do the same for your adiction if you honestly want to do somethig about it.
