Okay, I ran into the guy i liked the other week at a restuarant. He is a year older than me. Everytime I looked across the room, he was starring at me. Its been a week now since and he has been contacting me alot saying that he likes me. The problem is, I dont know if he really does like me because everyone in my grade keeps telling me he is gonna use me. I dont want to believe it because he is really funny, sweet, and comfterable around me.

Well what i think you should do is ask him and tell him you want the honest to god truth and if he asys he want to go with you for who you are and hw won't use you then put your trust into that answer because sometimes it's better to listen to your heart than to listen to what other people say cause you miss out on alot of things if you listen to them!!!

I mean it can be that he is telling you that he has interest in you alot and he is willing to take you out on a date. But just ask him that if y'all were to start a serious relationship would he use you. But i think that you should right now be friends to get to know him a little better than you get to see how he really is when it comes towards girls. give it a try.

Well its a possibilty that he could be tryin to use you. but ask yourself this is the people that is telling you that he is going to use you are they really good friends if they are you should listen to them. if there not then they could just be trying to break you guys up. but keep in mind that guys can start off by being funny and sweet just to get in your pants.

funny and sweet doesnt mean he wont use you. becareful.
dont forget what others are telling you, but draw your own opinion about him. dont act 'too available' - make him work for it - then we will see if he acts just as interested as time passes.
