As a trucker they are very ungrateful, it is the produce capital of the world you would think they would be more greatful. Too many busy selfish attitudes there.

I have lived in California all my life. I have traveled to many other states. Let me just say this is my personal opinion. There is always one bleeding heart out there that feels jilted that they are being lumped in with the rest so get over it. Everyone contributes to the problems in our state.

Californians are rude drivers. People tail gate, don't use their turn signals, cut others off and speed. Why? Because people are always in a damn hurry, never leave in enough time to get to where they need to be and therefore never feel the person in front of them is going fast enough. Sound like you? No? Well, you should probably re-evaluate your driving then. Our roads are completely jacked - big pot holes all over, lines not painted, reflectors missing, and signs not clearly posted. People cut off truck drivers without a thought. Think of this the next time, while you can come to a stop in just a few feet with your little car it can take a big rig up to half a mile to come to a stop depending on their speed and the weight of what they are carrying.

In general people are rude to one another. When was the last time you walked by someone you did not know and simply said, "hi" or "good morning". Most people walk around and never even look at one another.

I know some will post hostile replies after this saying things like...if you don't like it then move, etc. It is attitudes like that which prove my point. I just wish people would think twice about what they do and say and help make the state a better place to be for all.

That's not true at all. Maybe some of the people you've meet where like that, but you can't compare every single person in Calit to those indivals. Until you've meet every person in Cali don't make such a generlize statement.

The state itself is one of the most wonderful places on God's Green Earth. It's the people that screw it up.
------------------
Which I'm basing on the fact that the laws (by majority votes) are so screwed up. I didn't say all Californians were screwed up, I said the people there screwed the state up. Quibble all you want, I stand by what I said.
