You can probably answer these questions yourself...if you cant you can eliminate a few of the answers (just want to help you in case you have more questions later)....
your first question, Obviously 'always to the left' is WRONG! that really only leaves you with center and off center.....which one of those two answers makes more sense?
YES, slightly off center!

7. Rule of thirds.....you know good and damn well it is not take three pictures if you were awake of any of the class, so this leaves us with the other two
(i wont tell you which but that should be your hint)

9. Street Photography....
Obviously you know it is not 'pictures taken from a moving vehicle!
so that leaves you with public places
or cars or people on streets and highways
which one of those makes the most sense to you?

YOU CAN DO THIS!

I don't take them at all really but my husband went to school for it and is giving it a second go, as a way to make some money and also because he loves it....the technical part is just that thechnidal, I think the key is the subject, period.
I don't take them but have spent alot of money on them...and I never cared center, off center and so on, just if I liked the subject matter, personally I am a sucker for pigs and sheep, not kidding, so as a purchaser, not a pro, I think it is all about the subject matter.....good luck...JMO

The feature image should always be in the center of the image.
In street photography you go could go by like streets that have like interesting buildings in the background , like you could take a picture of a fire truck etc.

All rules are made to be broken by creative people. BUT... I like off-center most the time, myself. Sometimes a subject begs for central composition.

Photograhpy is an art, so there are no rules. New photographers often don't get close enough to their subjects. Try taking a few steps closer to your subject everytime you shoot.

there does not exist a rule about the location of photo but putting to sides makes object more attractive to people . When you put it in center people concentrate more on background . . . : : : . . : . : .: .
