I am in my 4th month of pregnancy and my breast have ballooned to a 34E. I'm having trouble finding a sports bra that will contain my breast and eliminate bouncing. If you have one that works for you, please tell me the brand and where you bought it.

Well, I've been running since junior high, and in high school my breasts shot from a normal-sized 34C to a huge 34G... and after I was a 34D, sports bras were totally out of the question. I've started buying granny bras to run in... you know, the ones with the two-inch wide straps with five hooks in the back? LOL. They're really ugly, but they're unbelievably supportive and eliminate the bouncing problem. My favorite bra to run in is by Le Mystere, and it's called the Dream Tisha. It's the ugliest bra I own, but it beats back pain and bouncing!!

I am in my 9th month (I'm due friday!!) and have run my entire pregnancy- actually this is my second pregnancy and I ran both. I have found that Champion's "Action Tech Sports Bra works the best. I wear a small (I am a 34d pregnant) and find that it does the best job- its tight but it contains everything. I have been through a LOT of them too- try a "jumping" test in the dressing room.... :-) That should give you a bit of an idea. Surprisingly, you can find them the cheapest at Kohls but otherwise all sporting goods stores carry Champion.

I don't have this problem, but my friends who do always have problems finding a bra that stops the bouncing. First step would be to find a sports bra that big, which I'm told do exist. If that in itself isn't enough support for you, you may want to consider doubling up your sports bras. That's what all my friends do, anyway-they say that it usually is enough support for them, though I do know someone who has to use 3 bras. Sounds weird, but it seems to work for them! Good luck!

I really don't think there is one. I'm sure you have noticed how difficult it is to find a bra past a D cup! Specialty stores are a must.
I have to use a regular supportive bra, then wrap with ace bandage then pull a sports bra over. Sometimes it still doesn't stop the pain from bouncing.

BTW....be careful, running during pregnancy CAN be dangerous. Don't push yourself and listen to your body.
