im 18 and im very spotty i never had many spots but all a sudden my face is covered by them. my diet hasnt changed and where i live and go the same the only lifestyle change is that i havent had sex in 2 months could this be causing my spotty skin

Sex is not your answer. But i can help. Try to use astringents. What your face with a hot rag or you can give yourself a facial like twice a week. Most important lay off the soda's.
