First, state laws vary......It will more than likely to be at the officers discretion, he/she will either a)write them a ticket and send them on their way, b)take them to jail and tow the vehicle, c)give them the option of calling someone with a valid license to come get them and the vehicle. Also if the driver is not the owner of the vehicle, the officer could cite them (the owner) for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive if they are foolish enough to admit to it.

Well, it depends on the state. But in NC, he would get a ticket w/ a very heavy fine and a court date, and then he'd have to find someone to drive the car from that point. The officer will not let him even drive home. A licensed driver must come get the vehicle or it will be towed.

In most states they would recieve a driving without a license ticket, which would result in a fine and possibly impact the hassle it takes to get a license. Different from state to state.

I have a son at home who is a 26 year old Mr potato
head who also wanted to drive without a license..........
Go and get your license, this is the easiest thing to do.....

He may get a ticket and allowed to drive off, he may get a ticket and the vehicle impounded, he may get arrested and the vehicle impounded....lotsa stuff.

gonna have to go to court and pay a lot of fines and they will probably make it where you can't get you license for a period of time

Depending on where you live it could be a misdemenor or a low felony. You would be arrested, but I don't know what your state would deem punishment.
