We broke up a month ago and he goes out with different girls all the time. Now that I have a new "friend" he has been spreading nasty rumors about me and writing messages on myspace. How can I make this stop??

there is nothing you can do to stop him. why do you worry about it any way. be who you are and the people around you will be able to see that what he is saying is not true. do not let him know this is getting to you either do not give him that time of the day. that is what he wants.

There are some human beings that do merely no longer know at the same time as to offer up! it receives previous! human beings that fairly know you received't trust the rumors & will purely seem down on the single spreading them. All you want to do at the same time as confronted with a rumor is say " And do you fairly trust that?"

What sort of stuff is he saying.....? I got hurt badly by an EX 8 months ago and i have only just started speaking to her again.... but i had no problem letting my friends know how she had treated me and what a ***** she had been..... because when you are with someone you hide the way you are treated from your friends because you love the girl.....but when they go there is no need to hide the abuse that you suffered......

Tell everyone on myspace how small his penis is even if you had not seem it and let everyone know that he spreading rumors about you because he's jealous that you have a new friend and he want you back.................reason why I told you to do this is because you can't stop someone from making rumors about you because if they what to do it they are going to do it so you do it back to them don't let it bother you

You can't. All you can do is remember that the truth will come out. Every time. Make sure that none of the things he is saying are true, and you have nothing to worry about. Eventually, he will be exposed as the person (jerk?) that he is.

You can't. There is no way to stop small minds from spreading their silly trash. Your true friends willknow it is rumor and won't believe it.

ignore it, he just wants to piss you off because he is mad that you replaced him. tell all your friends and you "friend" not to believe such silly rumors. the boy is obviously delusional and wants you back (thats what i would say) and print his messages on myspace, grab your friends and laugh at it. that will make you feel better

If he is disparaging your character you can sue him for both slander (saying thins) and libel (writing things down). Consult a lawyer that deals with Tort Law.

Ignore it.. the thing people like the least when they are trying to get under your skin is if you ignore them... try it... dont respond and just laugh it off or even agree with them they hate that the most... he is only doing it for attention.

don't even bother with that petty crap. if he sees that it's pissing you off, then he'll feel justified and in his childish mind, he'll think he's right. the best thing for you to do is just laugh at him and live your life to the fullest. show him that there's a reason he's an "ex". you know who your true friends are, and they know that he's a punk. good luck!
