Are you are paid to be the chorister? If so, no.
You can claim the mileage (0.14/mile) if you volunteer as a chorister on the Schedule A. You can read more on page A-4 of the instruction manual (link below).

Yes, if you itemize and you are volunteering. You'd deduct 14 cents a mile as a charitable deduction.

Depends on if you get compensated for teaching....
At any rate, I hope you kept a journal of your actual miles as the IRS can (technically) request it in case of audit.
