said that i am being targeted and i am sick of it and want to move out of here, anyway what are my chances of getting a place if i am on housing benefit, has anyone been in this positon, i have 3 children and want to go i am being evicted anyway and don,t care to stay here its awful

that must be awful for you,cant your social worker find you somewhere especially if you have children,good luck.

You Will be re accomodated somewhere because you have children and your local authority cannot make children homeless.Housing benefit will not affect this so that is not a problem.You may not get the place you want but you will be re housed.

You must have missed a lot of payments or caused a lot of damage to be evicted from a council house, most private landlords would request references from previous landlords, council or private and many don't accept anyone whose only income is from benefits.
