I believe the moderators on this site are those who use it. That is why there is a report abuse symbol among other options. However, when a reported abuse is sent to Yahoo, the sender will receive a thank you from yahoo and what steps if any will be taken with the abuser. On occasion I have been falsely accused of abusing the site by another user. Those false reports were dealt with by Yahoo, giving me an apology for the other user's behavior. How that person was dealth with, I don't know.
