Some parents don't have the right to access their own children so what other generations have any rights?

i don't think there are grandparents rights but you can hire a lawyer and see it that helps it might just set up more resentment but if you get to see the g-grandchildren then it will be worth it,i think its a sad state of affairs that grandparents can be kicked to the side without a thought when i was growing up i looked forward to going to see my grandparents and they gave me a history of my family and a connection to a past that i would have only read about in a book without them.if the grandparents are available to our kids we do them no huge favors by keeping them apart why on earth would anyone want to reduce the number of people to love our kids

can't you just ask to see them?
well i guess you could go through the law but this usually turn sour against you. but you do have a right but it probably cost you some time and money for a lawyer if the people don't want you around..make sure you do not have any issues..

You have rights if you are the natural grandparents. See a Solicitor to make an application to the Court for contact with them and take it from there

As far as I know they have no rights. You would have to go to a court and ask for visitations. Depending on which parent is your grandchild, your visitations fall within theirs....but I need more info to help more
