Everyone is so scared to jump to conclusions these days, thats why in the article about that guy up in Michigan who chopped up his wife, they still say he pressumed innocent, DUUH, they found a torso in his garage!!!!

Well, they have to use words like "suspect" to cover their butts, in case they later find out that something wasn't the way they thought it was.
