Talk to your senior. Until you do, the answer is always no and he will never know how you feel. Pray first and God will give you the right words to use.

Is it possible that something as comparatively simple as a bacterium could exist fully formed with no origin at all - just existing from nowhere and nothing? No, the idea is clearly absurd. Something - some kind of process or act of creation - would have to be responsible for generating its complexity and organisation, its structure and functions and processes.
By the same reasoning, it is inconceivable that a human being could exist fully formed from nothing. Something has to be responsible for the origin of our form, our functions, our intelligence, our great complexity. It's surely no coincidence that the most complex object in the known universe - the human brain - is also the only thing that we all agree possesses true intelligence.
So, is it possible that something vastly more complex and intelligent even than a human being - an intelligent entity capable of designing and creating an entire universe - could just exist fully formed from nothing, with no origin of any kind? Clearly, the answer is no. This is how we know beyond the slightest doubt that an intelligent creator deity cannot exist. Complexity, organisation and intelligence can only be products of unthinking natural processes in an uncreated universe.
So your question is meaningless because there are no gods. You will have to use your own judgment in life.

First I will say pray about this. if you feel this is a God given gift and want to use this for GODS glory, then maybe in this situation you need to step out a bit and talk to the person who is in charge of this in your church. Tell this person what your feelings are. Tell them that you feel God is calling you ( if this is what you are feeling in your heart) to use this gift of yours for Gods glory. Nobody should underestimate another persons skill. I feel that is wrong, and in some cases can jeapordize a persons confidence. Don't let anyone do that to you.If God gave you this gift, he gave it to you for a reason. I feel that any gift God gives to us should be used for his glory in some way. If you feel you are too shy to ask, then take someone with you that knows your capability, who may be bolder in the asking department... I don't know your whole situation here, I don't know your church, but I would think if someone wants to share his gift, that a chance should be given to do so. God Bless you honey. Pray about this. God didn't give this gift of music to lay dormant. He will find a place for you to use it.

Talk to the Senior and if you do not feel things have changed you can consider moving to another church that will use your talents.

Maybe your shyness is holding you back. When you worship God, are you shy or do you express yourself? I wouldn't want to watch a shy person doing the worship music. I would want to see music played with enthusiasm and praise. I'm guessing he sees it the way I do. Blessings.

There is a lot of self-importance in what you say...perhaps you should just let it go and let God take care of it. Whatever happens, consider it God's will. Whether you like the outcome or not, accept it cheerfully.

Playing music doesn't account for any rewards in the life after death. You need to learn more as how to be a good servant to the God.
