.........and not believe in any of the others.
and If I'm ever in the position of being an atheist in a theoretical foxhole, who should I pray to?
Should I go through a list of gods(& godesses) alphabetically... Allah -> Zeus?

"The Holy Bible says there is only 1 God" - *almost* an example of circular logic, chap.
Well, why wouldn't anyone believe a book that has been added to, translated and edited a gazillion times ...... maybe because they have been brought up reading the Koran....or the Baghavad Gita.... or the Book of Mormon.... or the Siri Guru Granth Sahib.....or (etc, etc)

I see your point about inclusive deitys (All gods are equal sort of thing) but some of those demiurges are pretty jealous and can get very nasty if you happen to pray to another one

Just pray to the creator. They'll get the message I'm sure. If you need a name though, Sekhmet's a fun goddess to pray to.

Why do I 'believe' in my Brother, The Sun? Because it gives me comfort to believe that there is something tangible, that gives me life, that looks over me. Someone to talk to, a good listener.
I do not 'disbelieve' in the Gods of others' faiths. I simply choose not to honour them. They are not 'my God', and I feel it would be insulting to them, the Gods, if I was to pay them false homage. I do not deny their existence. But I do not take them to be fools. It's a simple matter of respect.
As for what is the correct procedure in a theoretical foxhole, I cannot say. When it was my turn, I screamed, like a frightened child, for my parents. Perhaps recounting the names of the Gods would have been more dignified, but I was scared as, well, you know...
Do you have a link to a site where I might get a copy of an alphabetical list of the Gods? That would make interesting reading.

There is only one God...aka Christ, Allah, Krishna, Yahweh, gaia, etc. In the theorectical foxhole, just connect with/pray to the highest divinity you can imagine - even something like Love or Truth would work.

Why dont you believe in God? The Holy Bible says there is only 1 God. This is what gets me, I bet you have something that u believe in, ghosts, alliens, fairies, gremlins, etc. The reason atheists dont want to believe in God is because they dont want to be held responsible for there actions.Just pray to whatever you have faith in, hope its not a theoretical god!

Thor is always the best god to pray to if you're in a foxhole. He's a badass and that's what you'll need if you are being shot at.

I'm not a big religious buff, but I do believe in an afterlife for only one reason (It's not a biblical afterlife I believe in either).
Energy can not be created nor destroyed, and only changed from one form to another.

There is one true God and that is the God of the Holy Bible. He is manifested into three forms; The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirity. And the Son gave up His life 2000 years ago so that you could develop a relationship with Him, and live eternally with Him in Heaven. God created this Universe. Creation is proof of God alone. So if you really want to know the true God, pray to Him and ask Him to reveal Himself to you, and who you what is right and who is real. He will, I promise.

I don't think you need to go through the whole alphabet, a simple, all inclusive, "Hey y'all," should suffice.
As for the other half of your question, none of the above.
