No, it will not. If you actually have a UTI you need to see your doctor. Antibiotics are the only real solution. If you do have a UTI you should not wait to go to the doctor as this can progress to a Kidney infection.

All depends on what's causing the UTI initially,My advice first is to go see your Doc and maybe get a course of antibiotics also you can purchase and try Citric Acid to reduce acidity..I find that much better than cranberry I tried it a few times and found it didnt make any difference..citric acid comes in effervescent form so just add to water and drink away.I have a lot of experience with this problem myself due to renal dysfunction..Get well ok? Take care

I've had several UTI's and I recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible for antibiotics. Cranberry juice is only going to make you pee more, and UTI's are painful enough as it is. I tried ignoring it once, and started to urinate blood... so don't wait.

NO, go see your doctor.

It may help you after the fact to not get any more but it's not a cure for when you have one.

it will help cleanse your system, but will not cure the infection. infections can not be cured without antibiotics.
