I usually don't. When I do, though, it seems it's because my neck is out of whack. After exercising it, it will "pop" and then the headache goes away. Maybe you should try this book: http://www.amazon.com/Overcome-Neck-Back-Pain-Laughlin/dp/0684852527/ref=sr_1_1/102-4395953-1026522?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1173188702&sr=1-1

Physiologically, there could be several reasons. I would need to know what kind of headaches you get, because to be honest, your plight sounds somewhat unique. A few factors could be coming into play, however.
1) Because you oversleep, you're extending the time that your body goes without food intake. When you fast like that (hence morning meal being called "break-fast"), your body's blood sugar can drop enough so that you can start to suffer from slight disorientation, vertigo, and headaches.
2) Dehydration. Same trend for water. Because you are going a long time without drinking water, you can get a headache from slight dehydration. When you aren't replacing your fluids, the membrane surrounding your brain securing it to the inside of your skull becomes dryer and less hydrated, making it shrink. The headache could come from the stress of the membrane pulling away from the skull, causing discomfort. While this sounds extreme, it's really quite common, as anyone with a hangover headache suffers this trend.
-Try putting a glass of water next to your bed. It would be good to have when you're in bed and oversleeping to keep fluids in. If you still get headaches despite food and drink intake, talk to your doctor. That might be a sign of something you can treat.

The question is, why do you get headaches when you over sleep? I sleep to get rid of headaches and it works most of the time.

Some people actually get migraine along with headaches
when they sleep too much. Basically what is happening
is that your body's rhythm has been disturbed by staying
in bed too long. Compound it with alcohol without drinking
water before going to bed will also lend to a nasty headache
in the a.m.
Also dehydration can cause headaches if you oversleep.

most likely because you have a little less oxygen circulating when you sleep.
