When you are at the replacement detachment, you will not be deploy. The detachment process you to any units assigned to FT Lewis Washington. You will then be sent to your unit.

I Corps currently plans on deploying, however the 525th Replacement detatchment will not deploy.

I'd do a web search for 1corps blogs and read them, you'll get the latest info that way. And don't forget your raincoat...Ft. Lewis area gets 117 inches of rain per year...that is a northern rainforest. LOL

They won't deploy. The detachment is where newcomers are assigned until they are placed in a unit. You'll only be there a couple of days....at most.
