Did you have to include "Muslim" in your question? Wouldn't the question be just the same if you said "what should we do with the prisoners captured in Iraq?" Is this supposed to be an affront to Muslims?

Where they caught in the radical movement and just trying to stay alive?
Where they actively helping the enemy?

I think a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ should be sent to them to preach the true message of salvation. They are also loved by God and Jesus Christ also died for them.
Muslims, God does love you. He sent his son Jesus Christ to die for your sins - regardless of how many sins you have committed, his blood is sufficient to cleans you from all unrighteousness.
