I always struggled with this one.....
As a believer, I would say 'no'.
I always thought to myself "well....it's a big universe...so why not?"
But then I realized.....God is much much bigger than this universe. After all....He created it. According to scripture, I would say no to the possibility of aliens.

Yes and no. Not in the form like we think, little green men from another planet to visit us.
Just look at the bible and it shows and tells us what they are. Look at when Moses was led through the desert by the "pillar". Same description of the cigar UFO we see today.
Another would be the mentioning of the Chariots of Fire. Same description of what we call the red/orange looking UFO. Other passages mention horseless carriages of metal. These would easily explain the other UFOs. Only one I have not found is the ball UFO. But that could be us. After all, Russia had Sputnik back in the day and that looks just like these ball UFOs. Be a great spy item for FBI or CIA, just about invisible in the sky.
Bible mentions frog like creatures that come up from the seas, well we see many UFOs going into and out of the sea. And some people who have seen aliens say some look like reptiles...sure sounds like frogs to me.
But from what I understand, bible says these are demonic items. But haven't gotten much more into it than that so far. I would think some are good and some are bad, for some did do good in the bible.
Plus if you look in the days prior to the flood, in Noah's day. Then you look around today, all you see, and the UFOs. We are living in the day of Noah prior to the flood, almost to the tee.
I would call a UFO a Nephilim or fallen one prior to believing it was green men from another planet.

This is a very interesting question. I certainly believe there is a possibility. It's rather pompous to assume that humans are the only sentient race God created.
Actually, this question reminded me of something I was told about - a Christian author by the name of Ellen White conjectured once that God had created many sentient races throughout the universe, but that humans were the only ones who sinned. That concept has always intrigued me.

Just a thought, for those who might... are aliens saved? Presumably the same God who made us and the whole universe made them too. Was Christ born onto every planet on which there are intelligent beings, crucified and resurrected so that the souls of aliens could accept him as well? If not, why did God leave so many among his creations doomed (presumably) to hell?

There were more NOs here than in the Atheist section. Very interesting. The Fuels over in the Atheist one couldn't see the forrest for the trees, which was to be expected.
God is technically an ET so we'd have to say yes! God isn't indiginous from this Earth, God comes from somewhere else.
God might be creating other life on other planets. They might be smarter than us and come to us.
It's foolish to think we're totally alone in the big universe!

It is certainly possible but I doubt that any other inhabited planets are close enough to contact us. I am not sure any species will ever travel faster than light. Even if someone figured out how, how could they see where they are going?

In otherwords, do I believe that God created life in addition to what we know about on the Earth? Of course. :-)

Absolutely, it would be the height of arrogance to do otherwise with billions of planets out there.

The Bible is silent on this subject, so why not? God is big enough to handle more than one planet.
