Absolutely! So will his family and Bush's family. Thats why they don't care about health care in the U.S or even military health benefits- why would they worry about something that won't benefit them?

The ironic thing is that he probably will not get care as good as that given to common soldiers.
One of the odd twists of fate in medical matters is that celebrities tend to get care from the senior staff at a hospital - people who have been doing more administrative work than patient care.
President Reagan was an example of this. After he was shot he was operated on by a senior doctor at the hospital - who had not performed a surgery for several months. As a result - some mistakes were made that delayed his recovery. If he had been treated instead by that 'nobody ever heard of him' ER doctor who has been treating shooting victims every day for the past 5 years - he would have gotten much better care.
So yes Cheney is going to be treated by a very high ranking 'big name' doctor who spends most of his time on administrative functions - when he would probably get superior care from that nameless guy who does noting every day but treat patients.

Actually, the medical treatment that the vets have been receiving is top notch. It is the housing and the state of the facilities that are waning.
That said, Cheney is going to also receive the best medicine available. He IS the VP, and besides he's rich.
Do some research before you take up a cause, typical liberal.
